Summary WKTR hangs on about:blank

In trying to resolve bug 319443, it turns out that one does not simply pass about:blank to WKTR, for it hangs, never completing. This might be something generically about passing non-file URLs to it, or it might be about all the ways in which about:blank is magic, who knows.
