max-width-applies-to-006 and 005 show up this behaviour

The tests are invalid. See http://test.csswg.org/shepherd/testcase/max-width-applies-to-006/ and http://test.csswg.org/shepherd/testcase/max-width-applies-to-005/ Though our handling of max-width in tables is still different from Firefox. (Opera seems completely broken).
