We have to make a shadow host return proper AccessibilityObject somehow for accessibility.

I'd like to mark this WONTFIX. As long as a shadow host can return a proper RenderObject, that is expected, a proper AccessibilityObject can be created from that in the current implementation. If we find a use case that must be handled, please re-open this bug. A layout test is welcome.
