The test was imported in https://commits.webkit.org/318998@main and currently it's passing in all platforms but iOS: https://searchfox.org/wubkat/search?q=popover-top-layer-nesting-hints.html+&path=&case=false&regexp=false I think this is likely because fullscreen API is disabled on iOS for now. (I also tried running manually https://wpt.live/html/semantics/popovers/popover-top-layer-nesting-hints.html with a trunk build, on Linux GTK they all pass but on macos the last ones are timing out / not run, probably because clicking + fullscreen animations for all these tests take too long).
