Currently moveBefore doesn't trigger any DOM breakpoints in Web Inspector when it should do. We need to decide the specific behaviour we'd like, either a new breakpoint type or integrating the existing breakpoints in a safe manner (ensuring that script execution doesn't invalidate assumptions and cause breakages).
