The Anchor Positioning spec recently introduced a 'force-hidden' value to 'visibility' to better manage the relationship with the 'position-visibility' property. See https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/10182

Emilio has raised some issues wrt making this an inherited value, so we should make sure to track the CSSWG discussions.

No browsers have implemented this yet. No WPT tests either, so not really a high priority issue.
