Watching a video on cnn.com in Epiphany or MiniBrowser, a video loading icon appears in center of viewer with blocks that are not part of the icon. Also, the icon never clears. Works correctly in Firefox.

I can't reproduce this in Ephy Tech Preview 3.31.90-590c3edfd, Powered by WebKitGTK 2.24.0
