Saved mhtml is often unusable. For example: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AddingMimeTypes Save page then close browser. Open saved file - stops part way. (Stop loading to see incomplete page.) Tested latest version of Xubuntu 18.04.1 (GTK 2.24.31, WebKit 2.20.5) with Epiphany browser (3.28.1)
