Same now with animations/play-state-start-paused.html, and it's been failing since r235947:r235951.

`animations/play-state-start-paused.html` started to PASS again in r236479. I removed the test from WPE/TestExpectations in https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/243930/webkit. Regarding `animations/unprefixed-properties.html`, the test is passing in WPE and it's not in any TestExpectations file. Perhaps this bug can be closed.
