The following test is flaky in GTK since r233511 or earlier: fast/mediastream/get-user-media-on-loadedmetadata.html -PASS videoWidth and videoHeight are set on 'loadedmetadata' event +FAIL videoWidth and videoHeight are set on 'loadedmetadata' event assert_not_equals: videoWidth is non-zero got disallowed value 0

This test, or group of tests, has been passing for the last 4000 revisions. Closing bug. Gardened in r278519.
