Layout test fast/scrolling/rtl-scrollbars-alternate-iframe-body-dir-attr-does-not-update-scrollbar-placement.html has been flaky in recent times. It USUALLY passes with the expected result: https://build.webkit.org/results/GTK%20Linux%2064-bit%20Release%20(Tests)/r232868%20(7018)/fast/scrolling/rtl-scrollbars-alternate-iframe-body-dir-attr-does-not-update-scrollbar-placement-expected.png But sometimes the scrollbar is duplicated on both sides of the view, yuck: https://build.webkit.org/results/GTK%20Linux%2064-bit%20Release%20(Tests)/r232868%20(7018)/fast/scrolling/rtl-scrollbars-alternate-iframe-body-dir-attr-does-not-update-scrollbar-placement-actual.png
