Created attachment 220298 [details] Example Content that flows into regions and is transformed gets clipped to the widest region of the fragmentation context. Since overflowing content is allowed to overflow, none of the flow should be clipped. This might be related to bug 126336 or even a duplicate. I am opening this bug report just in case.

CSS Regions were removed in Bug 174978.
