Update default and quirk mode stylesheets to use 'start' instead of its older, legacy, WK specific synonym '-webkit-auto'. This change also: (1) aids in assessing the use of -webkit-auto in the wild, by removing the noise from its use in WK itself; (2) prepares the way for eventual removal of support for -webkit-auto synonym (see bug 98126);
