Happens on Safari + Chromium.
Steps:
1) Visit http://html5video.org/
2) Start playing the video
3) Enter fullscreen
4) Seek around
5) Exit fullscreen
Haven't been able to nail down a reduction yet or whether this is the page's fault/scripting after exiting fullscreen.

The Chromium issue is marked as obsolete and the link in the report is no longer working. This is very old bug so I'm going to close it, but feel free to reopen with an updated test case if that's still happening for you.
