See http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/forms.html#the-fieldset-element Adding "disabled" attribute to IDL is easy, because class HTMLFieldSetElement has disabled method inherited from HTMLFormControlElement. Although, disabling form controls requires some work.
