Remove complexity from the build system by removing the need for a MiniBrowser/DerivedSource.pro. Simply make MiniBrowser.qrc point to QtTestBrowser's copy of the useragentlist.txt. Any developer who wants to make his/her own copy of the file is free to modify the .qrc.
