To enable the layout test fast/dom/Geolocation/page-reload-cancel-permission-requests.html, we need to implement LayoutTestController::numberOfPendingGeolocationPermissionRequests which returns the number of currently outstanding permission requests. Implemented through bug #64970, revision r97746. I believe this bug should be closed.
