Dawn Morningstar
http/tests has 164 Perl CGI scripts (.pl and .cgi), loaded by about 510 tests, next to about 700 Python scripts. Converting them one directory at a time, as was done for PHP in 2021, would leave Python as the only CGI language in http/tests, so running these tests would no longer need Perl. It would also drop Perl from the CGI support that replacing Apache with wptserve (bug 268912) needs.
