WebKitTestRunner currently has no way to simulate the Digital Credentials virtual wallet, so the Digital Credentials tests that rely on test_driver.set_virtual_wallet_behavior() (respond/decline/wait/clear) can't run under run-webkit-tests. This tracks adding that WebKitTestRunner support, complementing the WebDriver BiDi virtual wallet tracked in bug 306292.
