Description:
imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/fullscreen/api/element-ready-allowed.html
The test was modified to implement fullscreen rendering update step at 289984@main and then began to flaky fail.
This issue can be bisected to 289984@main by checking out the commit and then using the command:
run-webkit-tests --debug --no-retry --force --exit-after-n-failures 1 --iterations=1000 imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/fullscreen/api/element-ready-allowed.html

This is also flaky in GTK and WPE with the same exact output and regression profile, so it's definitely a cross-platform bug. Updating expectations...
