I'm having trouble parsing the linked bugs and if this is fixed or the fix was to disable requestIdleCallback, any chance this can be re-landed anytime soon?

(In reply to aluhrs from comment #6) > I'm having trouble parsing the linked bugs and if this is fixed or the fix > was to disable requestIdleCallback, any chance this can be re-landed anytime > soon? Unfortunately, this feature is in a bit of limbo given we observed a page load time regression on google.com.

Hi, curious what the latest status on this issue is? Is there any appetite for investigating the regression and adding support?
