the test times out like 1 time every 10 runs and it's been that way since long ago.

I don't see any platform specific expectation and I think since 2018, it might have been fixed by now and lack of any platform specification expectation reflect this.

Can we close this with "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED"?
