The following layout test is flaky on [High Sierra Release WK1]

imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/IndexedDB/interfaces.any.worker.html

Probable cause:

Cause unknown, the test tends to timeout once every 3 - days.

Previously marked as [ Pass Timeout ] but this overused other tests that were marked at slow.  So this revision updates the expectation to [ Pass Timeout Slow]
