The WPT test at imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/web-animations/animation-model/keyframe-effects/effect-value-context.html is failing reliably, flaky or timing out.

Need to investigate this, we reliably fail this test, there seems to be an issue re-resolving em values after font-size changes.
