Summary:
Cannot copy a link address in Elements tab.

URLs in <script> tags, etc, are underlined on hover and provide a "Copy Link Address" context menu item, but it's broken.

This may have been a refactoring casualty in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=179328, but I'm not completely sure.
