We will soon be able to get rid of our sandbox exception for "/private/tmp/cvmsCodeSignObj", and will be using “/var/db/CVMS/cvmsCodeSignObj” instead.

This patch adds the new path (“/var/db/CVMS/cvmsCodeSignObj”). We will be removing the "/private/tmp" directory when other changes are in place that allow us to do so.
