Existed WebAudio APIs, the voice is bad when manipulate dom. New audioWorklet shipped by Chrome in M66, we tested, it has a better voice. When could Safari ship it?

Chrome：https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=469639 Firefox and Edge has prioritized the task. AudioWorklet should be very useful on web audio application
