The alpha number (the last) can be anything other than 0 and 1, I believe. The second element is a <p> or <div> with a background-color of #ffffff. The second element renders with an incorrect black background in Safari 5.0.6 (5533.22.3) and Chrome 13.0.782.215. It should be white.
