It's basically a empty page with a black background. If you reload this page, it does draw all of the content in the window. I have a reduction of the page that has some text in the BODY. the test page uses a @import CSS in the head. This is external CSS file points two other CSS files using @import. Steps to reproduce. 1) Empty cache , clear history and drag attached file into browser window.
