Given we only install it on Python >= 3.7, we can actually update rapidfuzz which will then force it to be updated—and we can actually have a version which we can install as a wheel. This also made me find out that Bug 262154 added pyparsing as an implicit_dep, which should actually be on packaging (c.f.
