Rework SharedBufferCopy so that we can keep a reference to the underlying SharedMemory P2. Remove SharedBufferCopy::safeBuffer() and rename SharedBufferCopy::buffer with SharedBufferCopy::unsafeBuffer. P3. Rename SharedBufferCopy to SharedBufferReference When pushed, the title of the PR becomes: "P."
