Skipping offsets extractor file generation. ---->8---- I had a similar problem in the past, for versions >=2.17.91, which was solved by running the 32bit build with -DWTF_CPU_X86=X86; however, it seems to me that now generate_offset_extractor.rb is run with the correct backend name (ie X86)...
