<thetext>Upgraded to r31388. Haven't got the problem for the first load, but reappears after reloading, resulting in 97/100 (along with 77 and 78 which constantly fail).</thetext>

<thetext>WebKit r36882 shows this error on first load too.
It disappears after reload, but is always reproducible by deleting the browser cache.</thetext>

<thetext>I've noticed this bug using Version 4.0.1 (5530.18). It seems to only happen when going back to the page. I'm not sure if it's an issue with back/forward caching vs. reloading. The test seems to behave differently when reloaded, loaded and back/forward navigated to.</thetext>

<thetext>Based on my comment earlier, there are no ongoing issues with ACID3 test and it is also on WPT. So I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED WONTFIX". Please reopen or mark this accordingly. If I am wrong here. Thanks!</thetext>
