Tested on Linux 2 with Opera and Firefox 2. Au contraire I can upload any files just fine on a number of other websites. This problem doesn't affect all users. Nothing has changed in the Bugzilla configuration recently. After a very long timeout error 400 or 500 are reported, it doesn't look like bug 16810 to me. In fact I can't even use the detailed bug search form, probably for the same reason. I wouldn't know what could possibly go wrong that I can influence except my ISP does something weird behind the scenes.
