It occurs when two or more nested CSS3 perspectives are applied and a <meta> tag with content="initial-scale=1" and/or content="width=device-width, height=device-height" is applied. If either perspective is turned off, the blurriness is gone. If the meta tags are removed the blurriness is gone. Even if the initial-scale is set to any number besides 1, the blurriness is gone.
