You should see an XML string with two namespaces, one on &quot;foo&quot;,
one on &quot;bar&quot;.  Instead you just see &lt;foo&gt;&lt;bar /&gt;&lt;/foo&gt;.  In FF 2.0, the
correct output appears.  (It doesn&apos; matter if you pass in a namespace to
the createDocument() call.)

Reproduces in 419.3 MacOS and 522.13.1 Windows.
