The two issues I've seen are the page not allowing me to scroll to the bottom, and the page being scrolled past the bottom. I bisected them to the range r180901 - r180906, which suggests r180902 as the likely cause. Steps to reproduce: 1. Load <http://www.reddit.com/>. 2. Press Cmd-+ twice to zoom in. 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page using the trackpad. 4. Press Cmd-0 to reset the zoom level. 5. Scroll downwards using the trackpad. This typically results in scrolling well past where the end of the page has been.
