With --display-server=wayland, the test fails the first 2 runs out of 100. If we alt-tab the runner window, it starts failing a lot, just like the xvfb (aka headless) display behavior. Sometimes it hides the entire bubble, but sometimes has just a offset difference for it (see bug298585)
